I gave only 6 for Game Play ratings, but only because it is too early to say anything about economy or guild competition.
Admin/GM: they act fast and know what to do (I had some graphical issue). Also from what I saw, one of them is in game for like half of the day.
Events (8): I saw some in-game messages about them being held (automated), but did not join them. Busy lvling. ;)
Community: Not enough of us there yet, but those who are ON, were helpfull.
